New Books / Projects

The two bound typescripts pictured were found by our representative of the library and archive (including the estate of Jemal Nebez), Halo Berzinyeyie, during his first complete inspection of Jemal Nebez's scientific and publishing estate. He gave good reasons why these two bound typescripts should be quickly converted into ebooks.

We have two new ebooks in the works

Both were completed by Jemal Nebez in 1979, while the Shah was still alive and during the Islamic Revolution in Iran. The events in the Iran of the fugitive Shah then naturally also had an impact on the neighboring Arab states (and Turkey).

Due to the missile/drone war between Israel and Iran, the history of the region is currently in new demand.

We are endeavoring to publish the two ebooks by Jemal Nebez focussing on so far only partially known history as soon as possible, and Initially only in German, the language in which our namesake wrote them, translations to follow at a later time.

A new translation into Kurdish is currently in progress

In addition, a new translation of a work by Jemal Nebez, which he wrote in Arabic and was first published in 1997, is currently in progress

The new translation is planned to be initially printed in Rojhelat and will then also be published as an ebook.
The suggestion for the new translation came from the translator, who has since been commissioned, for which he also gave good reasons.

All three projects are well on their way.

When particulars are available, they will be announced on this subpage as well.

There are also PDFs available

We found the scans/digital texts for the five works of our namesake pictured below in his estate. We checked them and, together with the correponding prefaces, turned them into PDFs. All have been posted on Jemal's former website https://Jemalnebez.org which we maintain and further develop.

You can either go to the  Overview of his works and be guided by the year of publication and the photo. Or, go directly to Digital Editions  and check the two PDF columns and, again, look for the year of publication and the corresponding photo.
